Kevin Agnew is entering his first season at Juanita. Last season he was the head coach at Mariner High School in Everett. Coach Agnew is also the Hitting, infield and catching coach for the US Bank Summer Baseball Program. He has also been the Head Coach and Assistant Coach for Woodinville Baseball Club for three summers and an Assistant with the Washington Baseball System in 2008. In addition, he coached Baseball and Football at Moscow High School (ID) in 2006 & 2007. Coach Agnew graduated from Woodinville High School where he played varsity baseball and football. He also played baseball at Tacoma CC and WSU and graduated from WSU with a degree in History/Education in 2007. Currently he is teaching history at Redmond High School. |
Coach Holmkvist is in his first year on the Juanita High School coaching staff. Eric will serve as the pitching coach and will work with outfielders. Eric began his coaching career in 2002 with the Burlington Babe Ruth program. From 2005-2007 Eric coached several different teams in Burlington including a season as the head coach of the Burlington Big Four baseball club. While student teaching at Lake Stevens high school, Eric served as the pitching coach for the Vikings. In 2008 Eric was the pitching coach for head coach Kevin Agnew at Mariner High School and will also work with Coach Agnew during the summer for the Bankers Baseball Club. Eric played baseball at Burlington High School and continued playing at Wenatchee Valley CC and Central Washington University, where he earned a degreein History and Education. Eric is currently teaching History at Aces High School in Mukilteo. |
